Club Trade Winds was a Polynesian themed restaurant and bar which was located in the Trade Winds West Motor Hotel at 51st and Peoria, south of I-44, on the other side from the Camelot Inn in Tulsa OK. Later the place changed names to become The Tiki Nook, it was owned and operated by Former Claremore, OK police officer and artist Morse Purkey, who was an acquaintance of the creators of the Kon-Tiki Koni.
The art for this shirt comes from a matchbook which we scanned, cleaned up and then traced. The shirt itself is printed in-house on our very own direct-to-garment printer on a 100% cotton t-shirt.
