Gone but not forgotten, Frontier Village was a western themed amusement park that was located off Montery Road right here in San Jose. If you are of a certain age you for sure loved the place for its stagecoach ride which featured a real robbery and a shootout at high noon in the plaza, much of what made Frontier Village cool would never fly today.
