SURF FANS REJOICE! Tikiyaki 5-0 returns to Art Boutiki!

Tikiyaki 5-0 started out in late 2013, in the wake of a restructuring of the parent group, The Tikiyaki Orchestra., whom were going through member changes and hadn't quite found all the missing parts. 

    The 3 remaining members of the Orchestra, founder Jim Bacchi, Jonpaul Balak, and Brain Kassan started anew, and with the addition of new drummer Pablo Baza, decided that, rather than wait to find a new vibraphonist and percussionist (necessary ingredients to the Orchestra), the 4 decided to strip the songs down and simplify them so that they could perform the music of The Tikiyaki Orchestra and still make it work. After all, the songs were still very identifiable. So, the band set out to get out an perform again, as it had been a good year since their last show.

Opening for Tikiyaki will be Pollo del Mar.
